Our Mission

The DREMR Company, LLC was founded in 2020 with a mission to put the “human” back into Human Resources. The idea of DREMR began well beforehand, over 15 years ago, when we realized that at the end of the day, we’re all human, and we do our best when we feel at our best, whether at home or at work. The DREMR Company, LLC equips organizations with the guiding tools and strategies to treat every HR challenge with compassion, fairness, and authenticity so that every employee, from top to bottom, feels valued, resulting in less turnover and an improved bottom line. Businesses need a partner who listens to their goals and provides the knowledge, vision, and determination to drive the organization forward. That is DREMR.

About Brittany

Brittany Rohner, SHRM-SCP is the founder of The DREMR Co. LLC, a management consulting practice founded to help organizations put people at the core of their success. Brittany has over a decade of diverse HR experience through an accelerated career path that has allowed her to make an impact regionally, nationally, and globally.

Brittany is both a trusted HR advisor and savvy business professional. As a practitioner and company executive, her focus has been to implement systemic changes to unleash potential and improve bottom line performance

She is a global HR practitioner. Brittany understands the needs of a diverse workforce having spent time abroad with A. Schulman, responsible for supporting globalization of performance management and compensation programs, HRIS implementation, and global HR compliance.

Brittany developed HR strategies and programs that transformed the HR function from back office to business partner as Director of HR at 1 EDI Source, Inc. and as Vice President of HR at The Millcraft Paper Company. In each role, she implemented total rewards and talent management practices that boosted profitability, reduced turnover, and ultimately earned her respective organization’s recognition locally and nationally as a top workplace

  • Developing and implementing HR metrics to evaluate impact and bottom-line results to the business 

  • Total rewards and talent management strategy development 

Professional Development: 

A northeast Ohio native and graduate of The University of Akron, Brittany earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management from the College of Business Administration and graduated with honors. Later in her career, she completed her Master’s of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University where she was certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching through Emotional Intelligence. Currently, Brittany is completing a Certificate in Training and Development through Kent State University. However, nothing compares to the learning and growth that comes from being a mother to her two amazing children, who are her greatest joy and at the heart of everything she does.
